Dynamic Contrast Enhanced MR Lymphangiography (DCMRL) allows evaluation of the central conducting lymphatics in patients with central lymphatic flow dysfunction. Direct injection of gadolinium contrast into inguinal lymph nodes followed by serial imaging allows visualization of lymphatic channels and lymphodynamics.
