Meckel’s diverticulum is the most common congenital anomaly involving the omphalomesenteric duct. While patients may be asymptomatic, the clinical manifestations of Meckel’s diverticulum can be nonspecific, and the entity may be discovered only after the onset of complications. The purpose of this exhibit is to characterize the imaging manifestations of the different omphalomesenteric duct anomalies, with a focus on Meckel’s diverticulum, and describe their complications.
