Congenital neuroblastoma is one of the most common neoplasia in the neonatal period. These tumours are derived from neural crest cells of adrenal gland medulla or sympathetic ganglia. Early detection of congenital metastatic neuroblastoma is important for a favourble outcome. Delay in the early diagnosis and treatment may lead to death and/or complications. In this exhibit, we discuss the radiological findings of two different cases of congenital metastatic neuroblastoma. We will also discuss the radiological findings of another case which may present as a mimic. Read More
