To assess whether a convolutional neural network (CNN) can be trained via transfer learning to accurately diagnose germinal matrix hemorrhage-intraventricular hemorrhage (GMH-IVH) on cranial ultrasound (CUS) by comparing its performance to that of a board-certified radiologist.
