Chaotic lipomyelomeningocele (cLMM) is an uncommon and poorly understood closed spinal dysraphism characterized by disorganized lipomatous tissue and atypical placode position. While most dysraphisms are detected in infancy, delayed symptom onset may occur, creating diagnostic and management challenges.
