Congenital anomalies of lungs are heterogenous group of developmental disorders which vary widely in their clinical manifestations, imaging appearance and pathology, but with a considerable overlap. There has been substantial improvement in our understanding of these lesions due to advances in prenatal and postnatal imaging. The purpose of this educational exhibit is to describe the radiological appearance of various congenital lung abnormalities and facilitate our fellow radiologists to accurately diagnose these anomalies and contribute to the patient management.
