Clinical assessment of the Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ) is limited due to the location and anatomy of the joint.<b> </b>Magnetic Resonance Imaging is a sensitive, non- invasive tool in detecting early SIJ inflammatory changes and structural damage in Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA).
