Diagnosing pediatric pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) may be challenging as getting microbiological confirmation is difficult. Chest X-Ray (CXR) involves radiation exposure and has poor inter-reader agreement. Mediastinal lymphadenopathy can also be detected by mediastinal ultrasound (US).
