1. Provide an overview of the science, indications and spectrum of noninvasive prenatal testing 2. Define the timing, accuracy and limitations of noninvasive prenatal testing 3. Describe the relationship and timing between noninvasive prenatal testing (Cell-free DNA screening), invasive prenatal testing (amniocentesis and chorionic villous sampling), and fetal imaging screening (nuchal translucency, fetal anatomic survey) 4. Summarize the impact of noninvasive prenatal testing on prenatal screening, testing and counseling 5. Discuss case reports that highlight the impact of NIPT on maternal-fetal management including fetal imaging Read More

Lipoblastoma is a benign, rare pediatric mesenchymal tumor that develops in a myriad of anatomic locations. The imaging appearance of lipoblastoma sometimes overlaps with other tumors. Familiarity with lipoblastoma and a knowledge of benign and malignant tumors with similar imaging features will benefit practicing Radiologists, Pediatricians, and Surgeons. Our exhibit aims to expand awareness of lipoblastoma by providing a comprehensive pictorial review of cases showcasing representative MRI, CT, sonographic, and radiographic images. Suggestive imaging features of lipoblastoma that distinguish them from other fat-containing lesions will be highlighted and an emphasis on the discussion of lipoblastoma within the spectrum of pediatric lipomatous lesions will be detailed. Congenital Pulmonary Airway Malformation Volume Ratio (CVR) is widely used during prenatal ultrasound to predict outcome of fetuses with bronchopulmonary malformations (BPM). Since fetal MRI is often performed in fetuses with BPM, the aim of our study is to correlate CVR measurements by MRI and US, to compare inter-observer agreement of CVR measured by area-based MRI volume, diameter-based volume and to assess whether large lesions would be prone to more variability in CVRs among observers.
