Intraabdominal cystic lesions are relatively common prenatal diagnoses. Determining its etiology and diagnosis can be challenging on prenatal imaging. Fetal MR is a helpful imaging modality that can provide additional anatomic and physiologic information. Duodenal atresia (DA) results from failure of recanalization of the solid core of the duodenum, usually diagnosed as the classic “double bubble”. It may come in solitary or associated with other congenital abnormalities. Many diseases in pediatrics are relatively uncommon and imaging of these diseases is difficult to study due to small patient numbers at a single site. This limits the ability of single institutions to adequately power a study. Thus, there is a pressing need for a multi-site structure to combine data for rare diseases to appropriately power outcome studies. Clinical signs of the Neonatal Lymphatic Flow Disorder (NLFD) are a combination of the congenital chylothorax, chylous ascites and body edema. It can present as neonatal chylothorax (NC), neonatal chylous ascites, or congenital lymphatic dysplasia (CLD). The prenatal appearance of lymphangiectasia has been described as nutmeg lung. <b>Pediatric radiology focuses on appropriate and safe diagnostic imaging and intervention in children of all ages. In Ethiopia, a sub-Saharan developing country in East Africa, almost 60% of the population is in the pediatric age group. In the main referral general hospital of the country children make up 48% of the patient population. Currently, there is no pediatric radiologist in the country. The aim of this presentation is to describe the undertakings of the International Outreach in Pediatric Radiology Education Program in Ethiopia of the Department of Radiology, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), which is aiming to improve the existing situation.
